CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION
If you change your purchasing decision, please contact us at [email protected] and provide your order number and the modifications you wish to apply. Once modified or cancelled, we will confirm it., provide your order number and the modification you would like to apply. We’ll confirm once the modification or cancellation has been made.
Your order is only eligible to be canceled and modified within 2 hours. After that time, the order is locked for processing and can no longer be canceled or edited.
If you have received a defective or wrong item, please contact us directly and we will make it right by offering you a replacement or refund.
In case of defective or damaged goods, you don't even have to return your package. We will send a replacement to you (No extra fee).
Any unsuccessful deliveries due to any customers’ mistakes on shipping address or customers’ unavailability, any loss of products due to the security of customers’ living areas (as long as shipping carriers confirm that the order is delivered) will NOT be eligible for refund. We will NOT refund in case you REFUSE to receive it either.
Any dissatisfactions related to apparel sizing and/or colours will not be eligible for refund or replacement. Please make sure to have a look at our size chart on product pages before completing your purchase.
•Since our products are customized, we do not have a return policy, if your item is defective and you need to restore the original item, we will replace it for you free of charge. We believe an exchange or refund can best help solve your problem, seek original items for your use
• Regarding refunds, you will receive refund confirmation when we complete the process. The refund processing time is 48 hours. The actual arrival time of the refund is determined by your payment method and bank processing time. It generally does not exceed 14 working hours. If we have refunded within the system period, but more than 14 refunds arrive to you every day For your account, please contact your payment method business or financial institution to inquire, or you can contact us at our support email [email protected], we will check your contact refund details and tell you what to do.
Our return & refund policy lasts 30 days since your delivery date. If the 30-day period has gone, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
FILE A CLAIM
To file a claim, please send us an email to [email protected] or use contact form and include the following information (this is a must):
Video/ photo of the defective product(s)
Full delivery address
Our support team will review the photos/videos you send of the defective item and, if your item is eligible, we will resend the product to you for no additional cost to you. In the rare case that sending a replacement product is not practical, we will reimburse you the full cost of the eligible product (including shipping costs).
